Ingredients:
Mochi Foods Brown Sugar Tapioca Pearls
Cold water
Instructions:
1. Put tapioca pearls into boiling water (ratio of pearls to water is 1:6).
2. Stir lightly until all the pearls float to the top and turn heat to low.
3. Cook for 20-30 minutes.
4. Turn off the heat and stew for 30 minutes.
5. Drain the water from the cooked tapioca and cover with sugar.
