Crispy Chocolate Blocks


250 g Mochi Foods Mochi Bread mix

200 g egg

50 g milk

50 g butter

30 g black sesame seeds

Chocolate, depending on personal preference


1. Place all ingredients except chocolate in a mixing bowl. Use paddle blend and mix at low speed for 1 minute, then medium speed for 2 minutes until everything is well blended. 

2. Fill a pastry bag with the mixture and pipe out long strips (0.5 cm width) onto a baking tray.

3. Preheat oven to 200°C.

4. Bake for 12 minutes. 

5. After baking, gently break apart the cookies into smaller pieces.  

6. Melt chocolate on a water bath. When ready, coat all the biscuits and transfer onto a baking tray. Press and flatten the mixture while hot.

7. Once cooled, cut to preferred size and enjoy.
