Ingredients

• Milk Cream Powder – 100g

• Milk – 400g

Method

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl. Using a balloon whisk on low speed, mix for 1 minute until well blended.

2. Increase to high speed and continue mixing for 7–14 minutes, or until the cream reaches a firm peak stage.
