Instant Mochi Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 100g MF-318 Instant Mochi Mix
  • 175g water
  • 85g sugar
  • 10g shortening

Instructions:

  1. Boil Liquid Mixture:
    In a pot, combine the water, sugar, and shortening. Heat the mixture until it reaches a boil.

  2. Mix the Dough:
    Once boiled, transfer the liquid mixture into a mixing bowl. Add the MF-318 Instant Mochi Mix.

    • Mix on low speed for 1 minute.
    • Increase to medium speed and mix until the dough has a smooth, even texture.
  3. Shape and Serve:
    Once smooth, the mochi is ready to be shaped. You can cut it into pieces or form it into balls. Fill with Ice cream, cream, or your favorite fruit! Enjoy!

This recipe yields 12-15 mochi balls.
