Mochi Foods™ Gluten Free Mochi Pancakes

Mochi Foods™ Gluten-Free Pancake/Waffle Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cups Mochi Foods™ GF Pancake/Waffle Mix
  • 1 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Vegan Substitutes:

  • Use flax egg, mashed bananas, or applesauce instead of eggs.
  • Substitute milk with soy, almond, or oat milk.

Instructions:

  1. Whisk Wet Ingredients:
    In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vegetable oil.

  2. Add the Mix:
    Gradually stir in the Mochi Foods Pancake/Waffle Mix until well combined.

  3. Cook:
    Pour the batter onto a preheated griddle or waffle maker. Cook until golden brown.

For waffles:

Pour approx. ⅓ cup batter into a lightly oiled waffle iron and cook for about 2-3 minutes or until waffle is golden brown.
