Mochi Waffle Mix Ube

Breakfast and brunch will never be the same with Ube Mochi Waffles as part of your spread. Use your imagination to brighten them up with your favorite toppings, or just stick with traditional syrup — they’ll make breakfast special no matter what you do with them! 

Store in a cool, dry, place.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

1 bag Maffle Mix
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 large egg
powdered or granulated sugar

Combine all ingredients and mix for 1 minute. Take an ice cream scoop or tablespoon and take enough dough to make a small ball. Roll the ball in the sugar to coat the outside. Drop the ball into the center of the waffle maker and press down the lid. Cook for about 1 minute or until the Maffle is crispy brown.
