COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

1/3 cup POG Mochi Pancake Mix

1/4 cup milk

1/8 cup vegetable oil

1 large egg

Combine all ingredients and mix for 1 minute. Pour batter into fry pan to make 4'' size. Cook about 1 minute on each side or until golden brown.
