INGREDIENTS

Rice Flour, Modified Starch, Baking Powder, Xanthan Gum, Banana Flavor.

Store in a cool, dry place.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

3/4 cups Pancake Mix

1/4 cup milk

1/8 cup vegetable oil

1 large egg

Combine all ingredients and mix for 1 minute. Pour batter into fry pan to make 4'' size. Cook about 1 minute on each side or until golden brown.
