Mochi Pancake Original Mix

Use your imagination to brighten them up with your favorite toppings, or just stick with traditional syrup — they’ll make breakfast special no matter what you do with them! Chewy and fluffy, a blank slate to create your perfect breakfast.

INGREDIENTS

Rice flour, modified starch, baking powder, sugar, xanthan gum.

Store in a cool, dry place.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

3/4 cups Pancake Mix

1/4 cup milk

1/8 cup vegetable oil

1 large egg

Combine all ingredients and mix for 1 minute. Pour batter into fry pan to make 4'' size. Cook about 1 minute on each side or until golden brown.
