Ingredients:

  • Mochi Foods Bubble Waffle Mix: 300 g (Makes approximately 5-6 bubble waffles depending on the size of your bubble waffle maker)
  • Sugar: 140 g
  • Water: 300 g
  • Eggs: 50 g
  • Vegetable oil: 50 g

Instructions:

  1. Mix the Ingredients:
    In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Mochi Foods Bubble Waffle Mix and sugar.

  2. Add Wet Ingredients:
    Add the water, eggs, and vegetable oil to the dry mix. Using a paddle attachment, mix on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape the sides of the bowl and paddle as needed.

  3. Combine Thoroughly:
    Increase the mixing speed to medium and continue mixing until well combined.

  4. Preheat the Waffle Maker:
    Preheat your bubble waffle maker to 338°F to 356°F (170°C to 180°C).

  5. Bake the Waffles:
    Pour the batter into the preheated bubble waffle maker. Cook for 3 minutes or until the waffles are golden brown.

  6. Serve:
    Serve hot with your favorite toppings like fresh fruits, whipped cream, or syrup. For ice cream, wait for waffle to cool before adding!
