On this video, editor in chief of Wasabi magazine Antonio Vega interviews Pei Wu, who is the owner and president of Mochi Foods. Opened in 2016, Mochi Foods produces a variety of mochi and baking-related products including premixes for mochi waffles, mochi bread, and muffins. Mochi Foods was started in Hawaii but now sells its products across the mainland U.S and other countries. Mochi Foods worked with the YMCA in Hawaii to help feed children during the month of April.” Watch the interview below!
