Place all the ingredients into a mixing bowl. Mix atlow speed for 1 mins and then scrape the sides of thebowl. Mix for another 1 mins then increase to mediumspeed for another 2 mins.
Weight each piece of dough about 40 grams.
Steam oven- Heat : 160℃ Baking time : 30 mins(
Deck oven- Upper Heat : 180℃/ Lower Heat : 150℃
Turn the tray around after 30mins and bake for another 5mins until the surface turns gold brown.
