Gluten Free Butter Mochi

- Ingredients needed: 1,000 g - Mochi Foods GF Pancake/Waffle mix 510 g - water 270 g - eggs (flax eggs for vegan sub.) 120 g- unsalted butter 5 g - salt Directions: 1) Melt butter in a mixing bowl. 2) Add the rest of ingredients, mix until evenly combined. 3) Pour batter into prepared pan/mold. 4) Bake at 390 C for 30 min. Allow cake to cool before cutting with a sharp knife and serving. Cake can be eaten warm or at room temperature. Keep cake at room temperature for up to 2 days.
