Gluten-Free Butter Mochi

Ingredients:

1000 g Mochi Foods GF Pancake mix

510 g water

270 g egg

120 g unsalted butter

5 g salt

Instructions:

1. Melt the unsalted butter.

2. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well. 

3. Pour the batter into a pan or mold. 

4. Set oven to 200°C/180°C and bake for 30 minutes.
