Gluten Free Butter Mochi
For those of you who are looking for a quick and easy Butter Mochi Recipe, then you’ve come to the right place.
- Ingredients needed:
1,000 g – Mochi Foods GF Pancake/Waffle mix
510 g – water
270 g – eggs (flax eggs for vegan sub.)
120 g- unsalted butter
5 g – salt
1) Melt butter in a mixing bowl.
2) Add the rest of ingredients, mix until evenly combined.
3) Pour batter into prepared pan/mold.
4) Bake at 390 C for 30 min.
Allow cake to cool before cutting with a sharp knife and serving. Cake can be eaten warm or at room temperature. Keep cake at room temperature for up to 2 days.
