If you like pina coladas, you’ll love Mochi Foods Coconut Maffles! They’re definitely chewier than a frozen drink, but just as delicious, especially paired with fresh pineapple.
Ingredients:
Modified Starch, Wheat, Starch, Sugar, Rice flour, Salt, Dough Improver, Coconut Flavor.
Cooking Instructions:
1 bag Maffle Mix
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 large egg
powdered or granulated sugar
Combine all ingredients and mix for 1 minute. Take an ice cream scoop or tablespoon and take enough dough to make a small ball. Roll the ball in the sugar to coat the outside. Drop the ball into the center of the waffle maker and press down the lid. Cook for about 1 minute or until the Maffle is crispy brown.
