A hint of vanilla makes these Maffles anything but ordinary.
Ingredients:
Modified starch, wheat starch, rice flour, dough improver, sugar, salt.
Cooking Instructions:
1-1/2 cups Maffle Mix,
1/2 cup milk,
1/4 cup vegetable oil,
1 large egg,
powdered or granulated sugar.
Combine all ingredients and mix for 1 minute. Take an ice cream scoop or tablespoon and take enough dough to make a small ball. Roll the ball in the sugar to coat the outside. Drop the ball into the center of the waffle maker and press down the lid. Cook for about 1 minute or until the Maffle is crispy brown.
