Brown Sugar Tapioca

Tapioca Pearls Brown Sugar


  • Tapiocal Pearls Brown Sugar
  • Cold water


  • Put tapioca pearls into boiling water (ratio of pearls to water is 1:6). 
  • Stir lightly until all the pearls float to the top and turn heat to low. 
  • Cook for 20-30 minutes. 
  • Turn off the heat and stew for 30 minutes. 
  • Drain the water from the cooked tapioca and cover the sugar.
