Gluten-Free Mochi Rice Muffins

Ingredients:
1 ½ cup Mochi Foods GF Mochi Pancake/Waffle Mix
4 tbsp milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions:
1. Place Mochi Foods GF Mochi Pancake mix, milk and eggs in the mixing bowl, and stir until the mixture is well combined and the batter is smooth. Add in melted butter and stir.
2. Fill up muffin paper cups, sprinkle with decided toppings.
3. Preheat the oven to 355°F, bake for 17-20 minutes until golden brown on top.
