Double Cheese Balls

Ingredients:

1000 g Mochi Foods Mochi Bread mix

240 g shredded mozzarella cheese

40 g parmesan cheese powder

440 g egg

200 g shortening

300 g water

Instructions:

1. Give the mochi bread mix and butter a slight mix. 

2. Thoroughly mix the egg and water together and add to step 1.

3. Blend on slow speed for 1 minute, and medium speed for 3 minutes until well blended.

4. Add the two cheeses in and blend well.

4. Divide and roll the dough into balls of 20 g each.

5. Set the oven to upper heat 170°C and lower heat 140°C. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
